Biography

Sundar Singh Ramgarhia held the keys of the Golden Temple treasury while serving as a manager under the reformed arrangement. Disagreement over those keys triggered the Keys Affair. The supplied file says his administrative role should be described without assuming he shared every position of the government or of the protest leadership. The pin is the Golden Temple complex, slightly apart from Baba Kharak Singh’s marker.
